International Programs
CISV offers unique and unforgettable international camps and exchange programs for people aged 11 and up. The overall aim of CISV’s international programs is to bring people together from around the world to learn about each other’s similarities and to celebrate our differences. These programs typically occur during the summer season – July and August for the northern hemisphere and December and January for the southern hemisphere!
Each program is oriented to a specific age group and each has different goals and a unique program. CISV’s international programs are:
- Village – camp for youth aged 11 and Junior Counsellors aged 16-17
- Interchange – family-oriented exchange for youth aged 12-15
- Summer Camp – camp for youth aged 13-15
- Seminar Camp – camp for youth aged 17-18
- International Youth Meeting (IYM) – camp/extended meeting for people aged 11 and up
- International People’s Project (IPP) – international service project for people aged 19 and up
